Position Overview We are currently looking for an Estate Planning Attorney in our Corporate Estate Planning group for our downtown Minneapolis office. This role offers an opportunity to bring your book of business to our firm along with additional referrals through our Corporate clients. As you continue to grow your practice, we will add additional resources to support your practice area.

Responsibilities Lead sophisticated estate planning and estate/trust administration for high net worth clients. Provide expertise in all aspects of gift and estate tax planning (revocable and irrevocable), estate and trust administration, charitable planning, and family business succession planning. Maintain and grow a partial book of business.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of estate planning experience.

Track record of leading sophisticated estate planning and trust administration.

Strong interest and experience in gift and estate tax planning.

Experience working with high net worth clients.

Exceptional analytical and writing abilities.

Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Self‑starter, entrepreneurial and detail‑oriented.

Compensation Estimated Salary Range $180,000‑$275,000 based on level of experience. Competitive salary with monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentives based on billable hours achieved and overall individual and company performance.
