experiences that elevate business brands within their physical spaces. We are seeking a motivated design leader ready to shape our creative direction by crafting high-impact ADA,wayfinding, architectural & environmental graphics - XD for a wide array of clients.

This is not a print, web - social media, or packaging design role—we specialize in physical space enhancement through signs, architectural signs, wayfinding & environmental graphics - XD.

Full-time, in-person leadership role based in the Columbus MSA. A portfolio link is required to be considered, and we’re specifically seeking your creations that showcase signs, environmental graphics - XD, wayfinding, or architectural branded signage.

What You’ll Do

Design with Purpose: Serve as our lead graphic designer, creating visually compelling signage and experiential graphics that elevate brand identity.

Lead Creatively: Manage design projects from concept to completion, guiding both internal and external designers.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with fabricators, installers, and project managers to ensure your designs are executed flawlessly.

Leverage AI Tools: Use artificial intelligence to streamline workflows and develop conceptual designs.

Ensure Excellence: Maintain brand consistency and uphold high standards through rigorous quality control.

Juggle Projects: Manage multiple complex environmental graphic projects with precision and efficiency.

Prepare for Production: Deliver accurate, production-ready files for fabrication, engineering, and permitting.
