Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Architect

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 5 years specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll as a Functional Architect or Lead Consultant. Oracle Payroll Cloud Certified Implementation Professional (or equivalent current certification). Demonstrated in‑depth knowledge and hands‑on experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) module, including configuration of timecard layouts, approval workflows, and time calculation rules. Experience in designing, writing, and testing Oracle Fast Formulas for various HCM modules, particularly within Payroll. Experience with full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post‑go‑live support). Strong understanding of core HR business processes and their integration with Payroll. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective system solutions. Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. Experience Preferred
Experience with other Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, or Compensation. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM Extracts.
