About the Role We’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Operator / Set‑up. The ideal candidate will handle programming, set‑up, operation, and training of team members. This hands‑on position requires strong CNC programming experience, mechanical knowledge, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC (Fanuc, G‑code, Mastercam, FeatureCam, SolidWorks).
Train and guide machine operators and set‑up personnel.
Read blueprints and apply GD&T for precision machining.
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Maintain machines and ensure production quality and safety.
Work with engineering to solve machining issues and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and Fanuc controls.
Ability to read technical drawings and lead a small team.
Familiar with lean manufacturing and shop safety standards.
