We are looking to add a Salesforce Developer to join our Creative Risk Solutions Information Technology team in West Des Moines, IA. This role supports the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications to meet business needs. Helping enhance functionality, drive innovation, and improve the overall Salesforce experience for employees and customers. Responsibilities

Support application development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.

Participate in coding, testing, and debugging of Salesforce solutions.

Document technical solutions and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and transform them into technology solutions.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.

Experience:

5+ years of experience with Salesforce development or related programming. Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification preferred.

Skills:

Experience working with Salesforce platform and programming languages (Apex, Java). Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, data modeling, and process automation. Must possess excellent communication skills and strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Technical Competencies:

Invests in developing technical knowledge to understand business needs, make informed decisions, and deliver effective technology solutions and processes. Demonstrates strong problem‑solving skills by efficiently identifying problems, leveraging resources to determine root causes, and proposing and implementing solutions or improvements.
