Base pay range $89,547.00/yr - $109,650.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop applications and systems that ingest, cleanse and normalize diverse datasets; and automate process workflows, system notifications, and structured data driven communications.
Design and develop data workflow automations and API solutions to store structured and unstructured data from internal and external sources.
Collaborate with process owners and business stakeholders to determine requirements, anticipate future needs, and identify areas of opportunity to drive technology solutions for continuing process improvements and stability.
Deliver technical and subject matter expertise on programming techniques for data management and BI tooling, ensuring processes are designed and executed with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Includes proper standards/techniques to improve data quality and efficiency across data management workflow and processes.
Design, develop and deploy BI solutions, including interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, sourcing data from internal SQL Server databases, published data sources, external sources, SharePoint, and ETL processing (Alteryx, Power Query, etc.)
Understand and define business/operation performance metrics and deliver BI analytics and visualizations to position the account team for improved decision support and continuous performance improvement.
Configuration and administration of the Power BI workspace and published App, including structure, roles and access rights, data model management, training and supporting users.
Leverage industry and proprietary tools to assess data quality and assist to resolve data quality problems; support application data administration and data clean-up activities.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the fields of information systems, data architecture/management, data analytics, business intelligence, and/or computer science.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
Demonstrated experience with data architecture, data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing deployed in a complex environment.
Extensive experience with standard analytical, reporting and programming languages and their application (such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, Python, R, VBA, SSRS, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
Comprehensive understanding of data management and systems engineering concepts to effectively deliver the design and development of actionable business information solutions.
Fluent in Business Intelligence analytics, data modelling, reporting, visualization, and supporting technologies.
Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret, visualize and effectively tell the story behind the data with focus and clarity.
Excellent technical, analytical and organizational skills. Project management skills preferred.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
