Lead Superintendent – Ground-Up Multifamily We are hiring a Lead Superintendent to oversee Ground‑Up Multifamily or Mixed‑Use projects that include full site development packages, where you will lead your project teams and be the "face" of the project to the client.

This is a hands‑on leadership role within a close‑knit collaborative culture. You’ll be the authority on site; responsible for safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality, and execution. You’ll work closely with your leaders and teams, whilst also receive mentoring, training, and career development.

Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

The Role Breakdown

Serve as the primary site leader on large ground‑up multifamily projects in the Front Range of Colorado (primarily Denver and Colorado Springs areas).

Oversee site development scopes including: earthwork, utility installation, grading, paving, concrete, retaining walls, and site layout.

Manage vertical construction phases from foundations through MEPs, framing, exterior envelope, interior finishes, and punchlists.

Be the "face" of the project to the client/owner.

Build and maintain project schedules using Procore and preferred scheduling tools; track milestones and recover lost time.

Coordinate daily with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, engineers, and owners.

Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and CSI’s core values.

Lead onsite meetings, enforce accountability, and proactively solve problems before they escalate.

Train and mentor field staff and project teams.

What You Need

Demonstrated experience as a Lead Superintendent who has led from start to finish one Ground‑Up Multifamily project.

Strong knowledge of multifamily project types: podium, wrap, garden-style, or mixed‑use.

Proven ability to manage large teams, sequencing, logistics, and overlapping trades.

Strong working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and CPM scheduling (Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred).

Excellent communication and leadership skills - you must be as comfortable with clients and stakeholders as you are with your team and subcontractors.
