Overview We are urgently seeking a
Supply Chain Data Specialist
to support stabilization efforts within a large healthcare organization’s Workday ERP environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining supply chain data accuracy, supporting integrations, and ensuring operational efficiency across vendor, item, and contract systems.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in healthcare supply chain operations and data management, who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume
data entry and maintenance
for supply chain systems (item master, vendor master, pricing tables).
Ensure
data standardization, integrity, and synchronization
with Workday and related applications (e.g., EMR systems).
Set up and manage
EDI vendor connections
and assist with contract data entry and conversions.
Provide
data validation, reporting, and light analytics
on vendor and item usage.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with
Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing, and Value Analysis teams .
Assist with
training and process documentation
for system users as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
OR
4+ years of related work experience .
2+ years of healthcare or healthcare‑adjacent supply chain experience .
2+ years of Workday or other ERP system experience
(Lawson, Oracle, etc.).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in high‑volume data environments.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years in a Buyer or Procurement role , particularly involving capital equipment.
5+ years of experience in capital equipment or construction procurement
within an Integrated Delivery Network (IDN).
Proficiency in
Excel‑based analytics
and comfort supporting data‑driven decisions.
Prior exposure to
Workday Supply Chain modules .
