Overview: Full-Time, Days, 8am-5pm, Remote

The Manager, Supply Chain Business Applications will organize, manage, and control Supply Chain departmental functions and resources related to the management of the Supply Chain Business Application Systems including but not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Exchange (EDI), Global Healthcare Exchange tools (GHX), Contract Lifecycle Manage (CLM), Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). Manage team to provide all maintenance, updates, integration, and overall support of supply chain systems. Maintain an understanding of other integration dependencies inbound/outbound systems such as EPIC/Optime/Cupid, Wavemark, Vizient, GHX solutions. Understands Healthcare terminology and data elements such as UNSPEC, GUDID, CDM, HCPCS and how they are used by SCM applications as well as other integrated systems. Establish strategy and identify day-to-day priorities and direct staff task assignments. Provide supervision to staff, which includes scheduling work, monitoring performance to ensure compliance with guidelines, policies, and procedures. Provide feedback on performance, writing and conduct performance reviews. Recruits, hires, and sets performance expectations of direct reports. Create a foundation that supports and develops team members allowing for growth and success. Responsible for working with all key business and operational stakeholders. Participating in, leading, and collaborating with others on Supply Chain strategic efforts ensuring compliant, effective, and streamlined Supply Chain processes. Optimize use of ERP and other supply chain automation tools to eliminate unnecessary work including maximizing electronic (EDI) transactions, data cleansing tools, contract pricing integrations. Develop workflow and review of data to maintain data integrity including item adds/updates, contract documentation including pricing in the item file, item file maintenance ensuring timely removal of inactive, duplication, obsolete and discontinued items, use of data cleansing tools according to leading practices. Establishes mechanisms for data collection, reporting and validation of data requests. Maintains department performance metrics and reports. Analyzes data to support system and process optimization recommendations. Supports cross-functional testing of all system changes, including upgrades, new processes, and automation initiatives. Conducts root cause analysis of system and process related issues.

Education: Bachelors Level Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Business, Information Systems, Science or related.

5+ years of experience in Healthcare purchasing and Supply Chain Information System

Expert in all Microsoft Applications

Experience Preferred:

EPIC, Workday ERP, EDI, GHX, CLM, GPO, Supply Chain Business Applications, Data Integrity
