Oversee and manage commercial construction sites from start to finish. Supervise project staff, subcontractors, and coordinate with other superintendents. Track project costs, schedules, and ensure adherence to estimates. Resolve on-site issues with labor, materials, equipment, and contracts. Maintain safety compliance and accurate project documentation (RFIs, change orders). Build strong relationships with team members and subcontractors to ensure project success. Profile
6+ years of experience with a General Contractor on commercial projects. Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Experience leading teams and coordinating subcontractors. Familiar with construction software and up-to-date on industry trends. Job Offer
