The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales of the company’s automation and software solutions within an assigned vertical or territory. This is a consultative sales role involving complex solution selling, relationship management, and strategic account development across large enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a vertical or territory sales plan, identifying and targeting high-potential accounts. Lead client engagements through a consultative, team-based selling approach. Understand customer business challenges and align the company’s solutions to deliver measurable ROI. Collaborate with internal engineering, software, marketing, and project teams to develop proposals and solutions. Manage key accounts through account planning, pipeline management, and regular client interaction. Develop compelling business cases and presentations for C-level stakeholders. Respond to RFPs/RFQs and coordinate cross-functional input to deliver winning proposals. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience leading complex, consultative sales in automation, industrial solutions, or supply chain technology. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into value propositions. Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel up to 50-60% as required. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent advanced degree. 3+ years of experience selling warehouse automation, robotics, or software solutions.
