The Sales Associate supports the sales team across all active listings and buyer transactions, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective marketing execution, and consistent client communication. Acting also as a Buyer Agent Assistant, this role contributes to buyer-side activities such as property showings, research, and transaction follow-up. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed professional—or someone actively pursuing their license—seeking hands‑on experience in both listing and buyer representation.
Key Responsibilities Listing Support
Coordinate listing preparation: schedule photography, staging, inspections, signage, and lockboxes.
Create and maintain MLS listings, property flyers, and dedicated property websites.
Track listing performance and prepare weekly activity reports for sellers and agents.
Ensure compliance with brokerage documentation and DRE regulations.
Assist with open houses and client events.
Buyer Agent Support
Support buyer agents with showing coordination and client communication.
Conduct property research, create showing itineraries, and manage buyer intake forms.
Attend property showings or inspections as needed.
Assist with preparing and submitting offers, maintaining transaction timelines, and managing disclosures.
Track contingency removals, escrow milestones, and closing deliverables.
Administrative & CRM
Manage and update CRM systems with lead activity and communication logs.
Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
Qualifications
Active California Real Estate Salesperson License or currently in the process of obtaining one within the next 3 months (required).
Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with MLS, CRM platforms, DocuSign, Google Suite, and Canva.
Professional demeanor with a customer service mindset.
Flexible schedule; weekend availability preferred.
Prior experience in real estate or transaction coordination is a plus.
