Addison Group is partnering with a fast growing, PE backed consulting organization that is hiring its first Corporate Controller. This newly created position reports directly to the VP of Finance and Accounting. As the company continues to scale, the need for a dedicated Controller has emerged. That’s where you come in! Hybrid (3 days on-site) Responsibilities
Responsible for managing in month-end close and year-end processes Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Oversee and manage accounting teams daily operations Review and analyze general ledger account reconciliations Generate monthly financial and performance reporting for further analysis Produce supporting documentation for audits Oversee and assist in financial reporting Document current business processes, procedures and internal controls Coordinate with external auditors to support the annual audit process Develop and implement process improvements to streamline consolidation and reporting workflows. Qualifications
