Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager based in Waukesha, WI. The Senior Project Manager will oversee and drive the successful completion of custom architectural millwork projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating logistics, inspecting work for quality standards, managing expediting processes, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients is a key aspect of this role.

Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of complex millwor
projects
AWIQCP
Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee project delivery
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Experience in architectural millwork or construction is a significant advantage
