Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of communication with customers on project-related issues.
Administer the contractual requirements for all assigned projects.
Provide regular forecasts of the anticipated financial performance of assigned projects.
Manage cash flow on assigned projects through timely invoicing and prompt cash collection.
Assist with research and development and other special projects as assigned.
Engage in continuous active learning to advance technical skill and knowledge.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in engineering, construction management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience; concrete and/or restoration industry preferred.
2–5 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
Proficiency with SAP, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and business‑management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Direct or situational leadership and mentoring experience.
Flexibility in a fast‑paced, evolving work environment.
Accurate and concise written and verbal communication skills.
License, Certificate, or Registration
Valid state driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record; satisfy minimum insurance requirements.
Dimensions
Individual projects ranging from $0.05 million to $5 million.
Multiple simultaneous projects with combined annual revenue ranging from $1 million to $20 million.
Leadership and mentoring of project managers and support staff as directed.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to assigned Territory or Regional Manager.
Potential for Project Managers to report to this position.
Essential Job Functions
Manage the execution of all assigned projects in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
Plan, schedule, and manage execution to achieve or exceed financial objectives.
Serve as the primary communicator on behalf of the company to the customer and their agents.
Manage cash collection efforts for payments due on assigned projects.
Establish strong vendor relationships and negotiate schedules and pricing to maximize competitive advantage.
Provide support to the territory’s sales needs, including vendor scheduling and scope development.
Lead, direct, and supervise project managers and assistant project managers.
Monitor project performance regarding cost and quality.
Communicate with Field Engineers and Client Service Managers regarding scope development, estimating, and technical questions.
Execute subcontractor statements of work and change orders as necessary.
Supervise site logistics and subcontractor activity during project execution.
Attend project meetings and develop customer relationships through excellent service and problem‑solving abilities.
Prepare completion summary reports and as‑built documentation upon project completion.
Support inspections and perform leak surveys as required.
Document communications and project status reports using logs, meeting minutes, letters, transmittals, and e‑mails.
Marginal Job Functions
Promote the interests and favorable image of the company, support the values of the philosophy.
Represent the company at meetings, cross‑functional task teams, and seminars as required.
Perform special assignments as directed.
Location: Indianapolis, IN Salary: $151,500.00 - $222,200.00 (annually)
