Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinic Based Supervisor (Maui, Kihei, Hawaii)
Malama Pono Autism Center offers a variety of clinical programs and seeks board certified behavior analysts for a clinic-based supervisor role in Kihei, Maui. The position does not require driving or home-based services.
BCBAs and BCaBAs at MPAC perform a wide variety of roles depending on experience, supervised by seasoned BCBA leaders. Newly practicing analysts are paired with experienced mentors; more experienced analysts lead teams of behavior technicians, residents and BCaBAs. Our foundation emphasizes community, supportive professional environments, and career sustainability.
Key responsibilities include assessing and treating clients with developmental disabilities and autism, supervising staff, and providing dynamic supervision, training, and leadership to others.
Competitive compensation: $85,000–$130,000 per year. Caseloads of 8–10 clients allow for professional growth.

Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
Strong background in patient care, assessment, and medical documentation
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
Previous supervising experience in a behavioral health setting
Schedule
Flexible within Monday to Friday
No weekends or evenings
