Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Salary Range for BCBAs: 85k-130k Responsibilities
Lead a team of behavior technicians, residents in training, and BCaBAs Provide supervision and mentorship to staff Apply behavior analysis across diverse populations Collaborate with other disciplines Maintain clinical documentation and ethics (HIPAA) Manage caseloads (8-10 clients) Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism Strong background in patient care, assessment, and medical documentation Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology Previous supervising experience in a behavioral health setting Benefits
