Overview: Seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial Business Operations Manager to oversee multiple ventures within a diversified business portfolio. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage critical projects, optimize operations, and enhance team effectiveness across various locations throughout the NY/NJ region.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee projects, manage timelines, ensure efficient execution across wellness, laundry services, HR technology, athletics mentorship platforms, and other related businesses.
People Management & Hiring:
Lead recruitment efforts, onboard new hires, develop talent, and manage performance across diverse teams.
Operational Problem Solving:
Identify operational inefficiencies, implement creative solutions, and standardize processes to enhance performance across multiple locations.
Analytics & Reporting:
Perform analysis on operational data, generate strategic insights, and clearly communicate recommendations to leadership. Leverage and optimize operational technologies including CRM systems, automation platforms, data management tools, and related software.
Key Qualifications:
Entrepreneurial mindset; highly ambitious and self-directed
Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or similar roles
Strong analytical, creative, and strategic problem-solving skills
Exceptional proficiency in technology, automation, workflow tools, and data analytics
Highly curious, adaptable, and passionate about diverse business challenges
Excellent interpersonal skills; effective in hiring, developing, and motivating diverse teams
Valid driver’s license and ability to frequently travel between business locations
Location & Travel: Primarily NY/NJ metropolitan area, regularly commuting between regional locations
