Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian to lead their well-established hospital in Clovis. This full-service practice has proudly served local families and pets since 1997, offering everything from preventive care and dentistry to advanced diagnostics and surgical services. As Medical Director, you will balance clinical work with leadership responsibilities, mentoring associate veterinarians, shaping hospital policies, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional standards of care.

Qualifications Needed:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent with valid California license

Minimum of 3 years clinical experience required

Leadership or management experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Strong commitment to progressive, client-centered veterinary care

Package:

Competitive base salary range of $200,000-$250,000
