We are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer II to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions that ensure reliability, performance, and quality of our software products. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor and technical resource within the QA team—building automation frameworks, validating complex product interactions, and promoting a culture of quality across all stages of development. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of testing methodologies, automation tools, and Agile practices, with the ability to balance hands‑on testing with strategic planning and process improvement. Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases to validate new features and system enhancements. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support faster, lower‑risk software releases. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, document defects, and ensure issue resolution. Apply Agile and QA best practices, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Lead root cause analysis, identify testing gaps, and drive continuous improvements in test coverage and quality processes. Contribute to performance and API testing efforts using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or application monitoring tools. Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Computer Science, or Mathematics, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or automation engineering. Proven experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or TestComplete. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and Agile development lifecycles. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile planning tools. Hands‑on experience with SQL for data validation and API testing (REST/SOAP). Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills with attention to detail. Experience in insurance or financial services domains, including policy, rating, or underwriting systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive data. Benefits and Perks
