Eligibility Eligibility for this position is limited to candidates who have completed the Clancy & Theys Internship Program.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and control of contract documents and project administration procedures.

Support the project management team in setting up new projects within the project management system.

Help manage the permitting process and assist with coordination between project stakeholders.

Partner with the Superintendent to develop the site utilization plan and coordinate logistics.

Participate in the development of loss prevention, quality control, and sustainability plans.

Proactively review and process all submittals and shop drawings to ensure timely material delivery.

Maintain accurate and organized administrative logs (RFIs, RFPs, Submittals, IRNs, etc.).

Serve as the on‑site quality manager for assigned trades, ensuring deliveries meet project specifications.

Attend and document project meetings, assisting with progress reports and meeting minutes.

Distribute proposal change documents and assist with collecting and reviewing subcontractor pricing.

Ensure as‑built drawings are accurately updated to reflect project changes and clarifications.

Perform quantity takeoffs and collaborate with senior preconstruction staff to support cost estimating.

Assist with constructability reviews and help refine project documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2‑year Associate’s Degree; preferred 4‑year Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

0‑3 years of progressive industry experience (internship or entry‑level).

Proficiency in construction management and scheduling software, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical, organizational, and multi‑tasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate within a team and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from every challenge.

Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
