Position Overview We are hiring full‑time Head Infant and Head Toddler Teachers at our Mountain View and San Jose locations. The Head Teacher will oversee the Infant/Toddler program, evaluate curriculum, train staff, act as liaison between the Director and staff, share best practices with sister schools, and facilitate company‑wide staff in‑service meetings. This is an incredible, new opportunity to lead an award‑winning program!
Compensation $25 - $29.50/hr, depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

Requirements
Associate's Degree
Completion of 12 core ECE semester units, including the Infant/Toddler Development course (we will help you complete this course if you have not taken it)
2 years of experience with children
A love and passion for working with young children
Professional, enthusiastic, and an influential role model to peers
Excellent communication skills
A reliable, can‑do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
