The Director of Communications and Culture will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy for the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG), ensuring effective communication and engagement across the enterprise. This role is responsible for elevating the ETG brand to internal and external audiences and partners with Human Resources and Corporate Communications to foster a positive organizational culture in alignment with the ETG strategy. This role also supports communications for the Enterprise Change Strategy and Technology Excellence teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for delivering impactful messaging that connects, informs and inspires.
Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age

Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
Preferred
Master’s degree
Knowledge & Experience Required
10+ years of experience in a Business, Marketing or IT setting
3+ years developing employee communications and engagement programs
3+ years of experience in project management and/or change management
Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, writing and editing skills
Experience developing content for digital communications channels, including email, web and social media
Demonstrated ability to translate Executive and Corporate messaging into compelling presentations across multiple audience levels and media platforms
Experience working for a global organization and managing multiple language translations
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deliver them on time
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units and functions
Preferred
Experience with digital content development such as video editing and graphic design
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of common IT terms, capabilities, and technologies
Responsibilities
Define and lead the communications strategy that includes in-person and virtual/hybrid events, communications and programs in support of ETG’s strategic goals
Manage the ETG branding framework to reflect the mission, values and culture of the organization, drives brand awareness, and positively reinforces the internal culture
Manage the ETG communications platforms and interfaces such as department SharePoint sites, shared mailboxes, feedback loops, etc.
Collaborate with corporate, functional, regional, group and division SMEs to ensure alignment of communications and culture programs, initiatives and events
Create and refine ETG leadership messages, presentations and other materials for key meetings, townhalls, events, and conferences, tailoring the content by persona and audience as needed
Provide strategic communications support, execution, delivery, and feedback loops for Enterprise Change Strategy, Technical Learning/ETG Academy and Early Talent initiatives as identified
Create and maintain an annual calendar of ETG events and programs to ensure strategic alignment across initiatives and support audience engagement
Establish standard governance and practices including intake process, project management, portfolio management, tools, templates and SOPs for common activities and processes
Design and conduct surveys and analyze available metrics from digital platforms to assess the reach and effectiveness of communications to target audiences.
Drive innovation in communications and cultural engagement by investigating new tools, techniques and thought processes, cultivating an innovation mindset and promoting learning culture
