Office Services Assistant

Base pay range $23.00/hr - $27.50/hr
Responsibilities
Greet guests, vendors, job applicants and other visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Direct guests to the appropriate meeting rooms or personnel and manage visitor logging.
Manage front-desk operations: answer/screen calls, forward messages, handle correspondence (mail, fax, email) and maintain reception area.
Coordinate conference rooms and meeting space: scheduling rooms, preparing visiting attorney offices, arranging refreshments or supplies as needed.
Support administrative tasks: ordering office supplies, managing catering for meetings, placing work/maintenance orders with landlord/vendor portals, and helping teammates as needed.
Use standard office technology: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), phone/switchboard systems, printing/copying equipment. Support the culture and functioning of the business services department (facilities, operations, general administrative support).
Qualifications & Attributes
High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
Prior receptionist/office support experience in a large or professional services environment is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication; excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with shifting priorities.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, discretion and reliability.
Comfortable working in a diverse team environment and supporting a high-service law firm culture.
