Legal Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a respected Family Law firm to identify a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for their San Francisco office. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a hybrid schedule after the training period (on-site with two remote days per week). The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will play an essential role in supporting daily office operations and client interactions while assisting attorneys and staff with administrative and billing support.

Base Pay Range $26.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner

Answer, screen, and route phone calls while managing the front desk and lobby area

Perform calendaring and scheduling for attorneys and staff

Assist with billing support, data entry, and finalizing client agreements and documents

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain organized physical and electronic files

Draft and distribute notices, correspondence, and other administrative documents

Maintain office and lobby cleanliness and ensure supplies are stocked and organized

Provide additional administrative support to attorneys and team members as needed

Qualifications

Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

Friendly, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative team player

Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general office systems

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team setting

Work Environment

Temp-to-hire position based in the San Francisco office

On-site during the temporary phase; hybrid schedule (two remote days per week) offered once hired
