Job Overview We are seeking a motivated
Junior Backend Developer
to join our growing development team in Tampa, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with 1–2 years of experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to building and maintaining backend systems that support critical business applications and web portals.
You will work primarily with the
Microsoft technology stack
(C#, .NET, SQL/SQL Server, ASP.NET, MVC) to develop, maintain, and enhance backend functionality across multiple applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using
C#, .NET, and ASP.NET MVC .
Write and optimize
SQL queries , stored procedures, and database functions to ensure application performance.
Support existing applications by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and business teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
Participate in all phases of the
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Document technical processes, system changes, and project updates.
Required Qualifications
1–2 years
of backend development experience.
Hands‑on experience with
C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks .
Strong understanding of
SQL/SQL Server
and ability to write complex SQL queries.
Working knowledge of
software development life cycle (SDLC)
methodologies.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
SSRS reports ,
Blazor , and
API development .
Exposure to
database connectivity
and
data‑driven applications .
Familiarity with
Microsoft Office 365 Suite
(Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a desire to learn and grow.
