At Didero, we’re building the autonomous supply chain, starting with agentic supplier management. Global trade has never been more complex or critical. Teams are underwater, reacting to a flood of challenges - from geopolitical risk to tariffs. Didero helps by automating time-intensive workflows with AI agents and deploying cutting‑edge technology into one of the world’s most vital domains. We’re backed by some of the world’s best venture funds and leading figures across AI, supply chain and enterprise software. The opportunity is massive. Our traction is real. Come help us build the future
About The Role We're hiring our first UX hire to establish user-centered design as a core discipline at Didero. You'll own the entire UX function—research, design execution, and UX infrastructure—shaping how procurement teams interact with AI-powered automation. This is a discipline‑of‑one role, but you won't be alone. You'll partner closely with the Head of Product who will provide strategic context, customer access, and decision support. You'll have autonomy on UX execution while collaborating on product strategy.
What You’ll Do
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis with procurement teams
Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Establish UX processes, tools, and standards from scratch
Set up analytics and define UX success metrics aligned with business goals
Build foundational design patterns and a basic design system
Translate research into specs that guide engineering
Balance depth with speed—ship pragmatically while maintaining quality
Working with Product
Product provides: Roadmap priorities, business goals, customer access, strategic context, and decision support
You own: User research, design execution, UX strategy, and how users accomplish their goals. You co‑create: Feature scoping, success metrics, and tradeoffs
You’ll be successful in this role if you…
Are strong across research, visual design, and strategic thinking
Have product sense—you understand business/technical tradeoffs and design pragmatically
Are fluent in Figma and can create high‑fidelity mockups and prototypes quickly
Have designed complex, multi‑step workflows (automation, AI products, enterprise tools)
Are self‑directed but collaborative—you work autonomously but know when to seek input
Can balance depth and speed—you know when 80% is good enough vs. when to polish
Can articulate design decisions using research evidence and business impact
Minimum Qualifications
Have 5+ years of UX experience in B2B SaaS, ideally shipping 0→1 products as the first or only UX person
Portfolio demonstrating B2B/enterprise product work with case studies
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
Understanding of AI/LLM product design patterns and human‑AI interaction
Experience establishing UX processes from scratch
⭐ Nice to have
Pre‑Series A startup experience
Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or ERP systems
Front‑end development skills (HTML/CSS/basic JavaScript)
Experience with design systems or analytics tools
