Overview Innovo is a 52-bed inpatient treatment facility providing best-in-class, evidence-based care for individuals struggling with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or both . Our dual-diagnosis program is built on compassion, clinical excellence, and a multidisciplinary approach to long-term recovery.
Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Clinician / Therapist / Counselor to join our residential treatment team. This is a full-time Sunday–Thursday position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced inpatient setting and has strong experience working with mental health and co-occurring substance use populations .
Each clinician carries a caseload of approximately 9–12 patients , providing both individual and group therapy daily. Morning groups are facilitated with your assigned caseload, while afternoons are dedicated to individual sessions, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide daily group and individual therapy for assigned caseload.
Document patient progress and maintain records in compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards.
Collaborate with nursing, medical, and care coordination teams to ensure integrated, person-centered care.
Participate in clinical meetings, treatment reviews, and quality assurance initiatives.
Support the therapeutic community through consistent presence, professionalism, and engagement.
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania clinical license or certification required (LPC, LCSW, LSW, CADC, or CAADC).
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health or co-occurring inpatient or residential setting strongly preferred.
Excellent clinical documentation, communication, and crisis-intervention skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Collaborative and supportive interdisciplinary team orientation.
