Our client, a beloved Atlanta-based Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Products Liability Litigation Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join its Atlanta office. The firm offers the sophistication and reach of a national platform paired with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, ideal for an attorney looking to advance their career and build a strong practice.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of products liability litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.

Conduct legal research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions.

Advise clients on risk management and claims strategies.

Collaborate with partners and cross‑practice teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

Support business development and client relationship initiatives.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

5–7 years of products liability or class action litigation experience

Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Interest in building a long‑term practice with a path to partnership.
