Position Overview This is a Limited Term position – 26 weeks. Responsible for providing administrative logistics and operations support to a clinical or non‑clinical program. Serves as principal administrative contact and liaison for internal and external department or program constituencies. Duties may include grant planning and administration, budget management and control, program implementation and administration support, internal and external operational/administrative liaison, program marketing support, and reporting. Works independently with limited supervision in a work environment of multiple and conflicting priorities; anticipates and resolves problems and updates Program Manager/Leader on status of projects. May oversee and guide the work of other program support staff and/or volunteers.

Duties

Provide administrative logistics and operations support to a clinical or non‑clinical program.

Serve as principal administrative contact and liaison.

Manage grant planning and administration, budget control, and program implementation and support.

Act as an operational/administrative liaison.

Support program marketing and reporting.

Work independently with limited supervision and manage conflicting priorities.

Update Program Manager/Leader on project status and resolve issues.

Oversee and guide the work of other program support staff or volunteers.

Job Details

Hybrid position – 70% remote, 30% on‑site. Travel required as needed between Davis, Roseville, and Sacramento locations.

Education: HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

Typical Experience: 2 years recent relevant experience.

Skills and Knowledge: organizational skills, advanced project/program management skills, interpersonal and written/verb­al communication, independent work, confidentiality, advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, EPIC, etc.).

Work Schedule

Position Status: Non‑Exempt.

Weekly Hours: 40.

Shift Hours: 8.

Days of the Week: Variable.

Weekend Requirements: Occasionally.

Employee Status: Limited Term (Fixed Term).

Compensation Pay Range: $32.36 to $46.93 per hour. Salary may vary by location and other factors. Base pay is one component of the total rewards program; eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
