Position Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a high-activity, outbound-focused role responsible for driving new business within the Northeast, Florida, and Midwest regions. Youll be both a frontline prospector and a brand ambassadorattending key trade shows and industry events while managing a large geography and building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline to support your Territory Sales Manager. This is an individual contributor position with clear pathways to future leadership as the sales organization matures.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business through outbound prospecting, including high-volume calling, emailing, and social outreach.
Schedule meetings and demos for the Territory Sales Manager.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and association events.
Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives within mid-to-enterprise property management companies.
Track performance and pipeline activity within CRM systems.
Partner with internal teams to optimize lead generation strategy.
Candidate Profile
2-3+ years of experience selling into property managementrelated industries or PropTech-adjacent markets.
Strong network within Community Association Institute (CAI) or property management associations.
Proven success selling to C-level decision-makers.
Background as a high-performing BDR or early-stage sales leader (BDR manager experience a plus).
Relationship-driven and professional; able to represent the brand with credibility in a tight-knit industry.
Self-starter with a growth mindset and interest in long-term career progression.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$80,000 On-Target Earnings:
$130,000$160,000+ (uncapped) Remote-first culture , medical, 401(k), bonuses, and mileage/travel covered.
