Primary Purpose Of Organizational Unit
At UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, we think differently; and more importantly, we teach differently. Opening our doors as the Department of Commerce in 1919 and awarding our first degrees to 12 students in 1921 was the beginning. Position Summary Supports and coordinates a variety of programs and events for the Family Enterprise Center (FEC), engaging students, alumni, donors, and parents. Leads the Center’s communication and marketing efforts to promote its initiatives.
Acts as the primary liaison for financial services, managing all expenses through Concur.
Oversees the Center’s Salesforce database and ensures the website remains accurate and up to date.
Collaborates closely with full-time staff and faculty on projects.
Minimum Education And Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience Experience with UNC systems such as Concur and/or Davie. Experience with editing websites, sending marketing campaigns and LMS systems. Experience Managing Events And/or In Customer Service Orientated Roles. Experience with family businesses or family offices.
