$45,747 – $54,000

Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit:

Position Summary:

This role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.

The Recruitment Services Coordinator (RSC) is the front‑line representative supporting employers, alumni, and students, handling the day‑to‑day operations and communications of the career team.

Key Responsibilities:

Employer Support:

Handle employer recruiting events from start to finish, including logistical and administrative support for employer tabling, coffee chats, and information sessions.

Communication Support:

Monitor and reply to incoming recruiting requests, produce the weekly career & recruiting newsletter, and coordinate social media efforts.

Programming Support:

Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events; provide administrative support for the Director and other career services personnel, including space reservations, catering, calendar requests, parking, and pre‑career trek logistics.

Systems & Partner Support:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide top quality service and resolve challenges, acting as a system liaison to University Career Services for Handshake and other technology products.

The UBP operates with an “all‑hands‑on‑deck” mentality, and each position may be called upon to assist with events, stand in during absences, and participate in cross‑functional teams.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:

Ability to remain composed in a fast‑paced environment and provide flawless service to a variety of stakeholders; professional demeanor, strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail; highly motivated, initiative‑driven, results‑focused; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); flexibility to work early morning and evening hours during peak recruiting times.

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:

Experience with database management tools such as Slate, Salesforce, or Handshake; background in recruiting, employer relations, or event planning in a corporate or university environment.

Position/Schedule Requirements:

Evening work occasionally; overtime occasionally; weekend work occasionally.
