Our client, a global digital sports platform, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. They are looking for an individual who can multitask, has very strong prioritization skills, and can remain organized in a fast-paced office environment. The hours are 9am - 6 / 6 : 30pm with the expectation to monitor email after hours as needed. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with four days in office in Manhattan, and one day remote. Provide high-level administrative support to three senior executives, including the Heads of Global Compensation and Corporate Communications
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and presentation materials
Arrange domestic and international travel and process expense reports
Anticipate executive needs by proactively identifying priorities and streamlining schedules
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
5+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally within consumer, creative, or corporate environments
Proven ability to manage multiple executives and competing priorities with accuracy and judgment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive, analytical mindset
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and ability to anticipate needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree preferred

Up to $140K salary + discretionary bonus
