Acute Care Clinical Division Sales Manager
Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced Clinical Division Sales Manager to lead sales activities for our Acute Care division in Florida.
Job Summary The Clinical Division Manager will oversee and manage the development and performance of all sales activities in the division, staff and direct a sales team, and provide leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
The manager is a subject matter expert, integrated into the territory and owns the sales process and relationships with non‑supply‑chain decision‑makers. Responsibilities include building new customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and contributing to training and educational programs for clients and Account Representatives.
Core Job Responsibilities
Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market and initiate/coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets.
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Develop and implement marketing plans as needed.
Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Representatives.
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses; assist Account Representatives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
Conduct one‑on‑one reviews with all Account Representatives to build effective communication, understand training and development needs, and provide insights to improve sales performance.
Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, open communication, training opportunities, and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of clinical sales experience.
At least 2 years of field trainer experience.
Salary $132,600.00 – $199,160.00 annually.
