JCW is partnering with a leading regional financial institution to hire a Manager of Network Administration.
This role covers the full network stack, from servers and firewalls to backups and virtualization, and would be responsible for leading a team of network administrators. The position is hybrid on‑site and requires occasional weekend on‑call coverage.
What You’ll Do:
Manage servers, switches, firewalls, IP phones, and physical network hardware Administer Active Directory and group policies Support VMware (v7 or v8), Veeam, and vSphere replication Work with Palo Alto and Juniper firewalls, coordinating with vendors as needed Partner with security vendors like CrowdStrike and Darktrace Participate in firewall changes and infrastructure updates Rotate into on‑call coverage every 5–6 weeks What We’re Looking For:
Experience in network and systems administration Strong knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, and backup tools Familiarity with firewall management and vendor coordination Clear communication skills with technical and non‑technical staff Previous financial services industry experience ideal Job Details
