Hybrid in Charlotte, NC.
Will be helping support our clients AI‑powered virtual assistant built on Google Cloud’s LLMs, designed to streamline mobile banking interactions. It handles tasks like bill payments, transfers, and inquiries via voice and text.
Core Technical Requirements
6–8 years of Java development (Spring / Spring Boot)
4–5 years of Python (backend/data‑focused)
Reactive Programming (WebFlux, etc.)
Apache Kafka (event‑driven architecture)
Flink (stream processing)
Redis (caching/performance)
MongoDB & Oracle (NoSQL & RDBMS)
RESTful API development
GraphQL (nice to have)
AI / Conversational Platform Experience
Google Dialogflow CX or similar frameworks
Hands‑on with LLMs, agentic architectures, prompt engineering
Familiarity with ADK, Playbook, or similar agentic tools
Conceptual understanding of ML fundamentals and telemetry
Additional Skills
Strong debugging/problem‑solving
Microservices, CI/CD, cloud‑native (OCP, Kubernetes)
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related field
Experience in banking, fintech, or digital assistant platforms
Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
