Position Overview RobotLAB is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator to support our growing finance operations. This role is responsible for managing vendor invoices, customer billing, and collections. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, accurate, and collaborative—ensuring timely payments, proper recordkeeping, and positive relationships with both vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable

Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure proper approvals.

Schedule and process payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) in line with company policies.

Maintain accurate vendor files and respond to inquiries regarding payment status.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Accounts Receivable

Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers/franchisees.

Track customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts with professionalism.

Post payments, maintain AR aging reports, and elevate concerns as needed.

Partner with the sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues quickly.

General Accounting Support

Assist with month-end closing by preparing reconciliations and reports.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit readiness.

Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, customers, and colleagues.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
