Our client is adding a
Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting
to its corporate accounting team. This is a high-impact role supporting SEC filings, technical accounting, and audit coordination within a collaborative, growth-focused environment. What You'll Love
$110K–$120K base + 10% bonus + potential sign-on + relocation assistance 5 days onsite | Limited overtime during quarter and year-end close Work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure to technical accounting and SEC compliance Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and related disclosures Draft technical accounting memos (pensions, cash flow, derivatives, stock comp) Support audits and benefit plan financials Research and monitor new accounting standards What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA-eligible preferred 6–10 years of experience (public + industry mix ideal) Strong SEC reporting and technical accounting background Experience with Oracle, Blackline, or Workiva a plus If you’re a detail-oriented accountant ready to make an impact at a stable, publicly traded company — we’d love to connect.
