We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Time Collection Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately collecting, reviewing, and processing employee time and attendance data to ensure timely and error-free payroll execution. This position requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, verify, and process employee timesheets and attendance records for all departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in time records.
Communicate with employees and managers to resolve timekeeping issues.
Prepare and maintain reports related to time collection and payroll processing.
Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to ensure accuracy of pay and benefits.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
Assist with audits and internal reviews related to payroll and attendance.
Provide training and support to employees on timekeeping systems and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or timekeeping roles.
Proficient with time collection systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP, Paycom, Workday, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
