About the Position

Perform account reconciliations, analyze balances and record monthly journal entries to ensure timely revenue and expense recognition including evaluation of and support for accruals based on estimates.

Prepare monthly financial statements and provide margin, operating expense and variance analysis.

Emphasis on providing financial planning and analysis including creation of budgets and ad‑hoc reports in support of Sales, Marketing and Operations segments.

Manage purchase and sales processes in concert with operations teams including three‑way match of purchase and sale documentation.

Aid in the management of inventory levels through review of aged inventory.

Manage treasury needs and foreign currency hedging strategies through cash flow projections.

Ensure the company remains in good standing with vendors by monitoring accounts payable, initiating vendor payments including foreign currency denominated payments.

Monitor Accounts Receivable to preserve or shorten the cash cycle.

Make recommendations to management for process and profitability improvements.

Calculate monthly sales commissions and review bi‑weekly payroll reports.

Maintain open lines of communication up and across the organizational chart to sustain proper oversight and to problem‑solve by leveraging unique skillsets and experiences.

Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

3 years of accounting experience in financial reporting and/or cost accounting preferred.

Advanced Excel skills; data modeling experience preferred.

Self‑motivated and proactive with desire to improve and adapt processes.

Exhibits strong time‑management skills and ability to work in fast‑paced environment.

Conveys professional written and oral communication.

Other Details

Full‑time employment.

Hybrid role: In Eastlake office 2–3× per week preferred; remote work considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

Salary range: $70,000–$85,000 plus benefits (Healthcare, 401k once eligible, etc.).

Start date: As soon as possible.
