As part of the Strategy & Growth team at NAVEX, you will drive success through strategic insight, cross-functional leadership, and operational discipline. You’ll help shape NAVEX’s long-term direction and lead enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans, evaluate growth opportunities, and drive cross-departmental initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. You’ll lead with clarity and accountability, translating strategy into action while navigating complexity and aligning resources across teams.

What you’ll do:

Lead the development of NAVEX’s corporate strategy and multi-year strategic plan, including market analysis and competitive intelligence

Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, evaluate strategic options, and prioritize investments

Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for new initiatives such as market expansion

Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives that support NAVEX’s growth agenda, including M&A integration and product portfolio strategy

Establish initiative governance, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact

Facilitate executive-level reviews and decision-making forums to ensure alignment and accountability

Ensure strategic priorities are translated into clear operational plans across departments

Partner with Finance, Product, and Marketing to align resource allocation and execution timelines

Monitor initiative performance and proactively identify risks, gaps, or opportunities for acceleration

Facilitate the preparations of strategic materials for board meetings, executive offsites, and business reviews

Serve as a thought partner to the Chief Growth Officer and other senior leaders on strategic issues and organizational effectiveness

Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses that inform enterprise-level decisions

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning

Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

Exceptional communication and executive presence

Experience in SaaS, B2B software, or technology sectors preferred

Ability to drive results through your job competencies while leveraging NAVEX’s core values

Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.

The starting pay range for this role is $145,000+ per annum with 10% MBO.

Pay progression based on your performance.
