We are looking for an
IT Support Specialist
to join our client in Ramsey, MN. This is a contract-to-hire role, fully onsite. Responsibilities Provide IT desktop services/support for employees and customers. Answer incoming support calls and manage the call queue. Work and resolve tickets in accordance with SLA using the ticket management system. Ensure equipment asset tags are updated in the system. Provide technical knowledge and advice to drive improvement initiatives. Deliver defined starter/mover/leaver services. Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT procedures and documentation. Promote a positive work environment and cultural expectations.
Qualifications
Associates Degree or equivalent education/work experience. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Service Desk / Help Desk Experience Documentation Skills Critical Thinking ability Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills. Excellent customer service focused attitude. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure. Attention to detail. Knowledge of general computer troubleshooting and support. Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365, Citrix Workspace, Active Directory, VPN, MFPs. Hardware, Phone support, Technical support, Ticketing system experience.
Pay & Benefits
