CNC Mill Machinist
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist with over 5 years of experience in multi-axis machining, particularly in handling large parts with long cycle times. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machining materials such as aluminum, titanium, inconel, and stainless steel, with the precision to measure to one-thousandth of an inch. Previous leadership experience in machine shops is highly valued. Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts to specification. Read and interpret blueprints for part and tooling specification. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise. Ensure long run times are efficiently managed. Utilize tools such as calipers and micrometers for accurate measurement and inspection. Program and manage CNC operations using M code and G code. Essential Skills
5+ years of experience with CNC mill multi-axis machining. Expertise in machining materials like aluminum, titanium, inconel, and stainless steel. Proficiency in measuring materials with precision to one-thousandth of an inch. Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints. Strong troubleshooting skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications

The role involves weekend shifts, with hours structured as follows: Friday to Sunday, 5 AM to 5:30 PM or 5 PM to 5:30 AM. Employees working weekend shifts receive compensation for 40 hours while working 36 hours. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Claremore, OK. Pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
