CNC Machinist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in machining with hands-on experience operating Mazak, Haas, and Okuma CNC machines. This role requires expertise in working with tight tolerances, precise measuring devices, tool changes, and multi-axis setups while maintaining a high level of precision and quality. The machinist will work with a variety of materials, including aluminum, steel, alloys, and Inconel. Responsibilities Operate Mazak, Haas, and Okuma CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. Ensure tight tolerances are maintained using precise measuring devices. Perform tool changes and multi-axis setups efficiently. Work with various materials such as aluminum, steel, alloys, and Inconel. Modify and troubleshoot G-code programs as required. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Maintain own basic tools necessary for the role, including calipers, micrometers, and wrenches. Essential Skills Hands-on experience with Mazak, Haas, Okuma, and other CNC machines. Strong understanding of tight tolerance machining. Proficiency in G-code programming. Experience with 4-axis and 5-axis CNC operations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Own basic tools necessary for the role. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of GD&T principles for interpreting technical drawings. Experience with Mazatrol conversational programming. Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and machining processes. Experience with CAD and CAM software for programming and designing parts. Understanding of optimal feed rates, speeds, and tooling strategies. Experience with fixture design, setup, and adjustments. Why Work Here?
