About the Role We’re hiring an
Administrative Assistant
for our
client in the financial services industry . The role supports a busy institutional sales and relationship management team, providing day-to-day administrative and project support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare expense reports and process invoices.
Coordinate meeting logistics and materials.
Maintain records, files, and departmental procedures.
Assist with client and marketing-related projects, including CRM updates and reporting.
Support ad-hoc administrative and team projects as needed.
Qualifications
1–2 years of administrative, finance, or marketing experience (open to new grads).
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite .
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
