Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
Availability to work on-site at the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
