Position: Inpatient Psychiatrist
Location: Washington, DC
Type: Full-Time
Inpatient Psychiatrist Position in Washington, DC - Full-Time Join our team in Washington, DC as a full-time board-certified/board-eligible inpatient Psychiatrist. We are actively seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering quality care to adult and addiction patients.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat mental health issues in adult patients
Provide medication management, psychotherapy, and evidence-based treatments
Conduct assessments, psychological evaluations, and individual/group therapy
Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Active and valid license to practice medicine in Washington, DC
This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Benefits and Compensation
Job type: Full time employed W-2 position.
Salary range: $275,000-$350,000
Benefits: Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST/LT disability, etc.
Malpractice insurance covered through UHS
PTO: 25 days Paid Time Off annually.
CME: 5 paid days + reimbursable expenses.
Other compensation: Relocation Assistance and Sign-On Bonus available.
