Job Description Required Education:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science

Master’s degree is a good to have

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns

Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS – Must Haves)

Experience with system integration and APIs (Java Spring, Spring Boot microservices)

Hands‑on coding with Java Spring Boot and microservices

Full‑stack solution architect experience

10 years total experience, with 6 years in full‑stack and 5 years in architecture

Understanding of enterprise architecture and compliance standards

Part of core shared services team

Knowledge of networking, security, and data management

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with DevOps and agile methodologies

Problem‑solving and analytical thinking

Job Responsibilities

Full application architecture and development lifecycle that translates business requirements into functioning software systems.

Expertise in full‑stack application development, database design, and systems implementation to address complex business needs.

Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed functional, technical, and design specifications.

Deep technical expertise in distributed computing, cloud architecture, data/database design, and web application development with application portfolio management.

Preferred background in financial systems and relevant domain expertise.

Drive full‑stack solution design based on industry best practices such as microservices, streaming technologies, and event‑driven architectures.

Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.

Lead identification and implementation of software patterns and reusable frameworks for common use cases.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to advise on engineering topics.

Mentor and coach software developers on system design, code quality, and maintainability.
