Join Axon and be a Force for Good. At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.

Your Impact As Senior Product Manager for VR Labs, you will lead Axon’s innovation function for immersive training. VR Labs is where new technologies and ideas are explored, tested, and validated to inform how Axon can continue raising the bar in virtual reality training. You will design and oversee structured experiments, evaluate technical feasibility and training value, and deliver clear recommendations on which concepts are worth advancing. Your work will ensure that Axon continues to explore the most promising opportunities while keeping innovation grounded in real‑world impact for public safety professionals.

This role is focused on early‑stage exploration, with most initiatives remaining experimental in nature. However, some programs may eventually graduate into full in‑production products, and you will play a key role in guiding those transitions when they occur. By balancing curiosity with pragmatism, you will help shape how Axon identifies and incubates the technologies that could influence the next generation of immersive training.

In addition to leading Labs initiatives, you will also own TASER Arena, Axon’s VR gaming initiative. TASER Arena has become a widely adopted, gamified way to reinforce TASER fundamentals and introduce agencies to the possibilities of VR training. You will be responsible for its ongoing performance, customer adoption, and ensuring it continues to deliver meaningful value to customers as part of Axon’s VR portfolio.
